A: We deal with over 1,000 items, our catalog doesn't cover all products. And we are developing 50+ molds yearly, which means around 10 new products are created in our factory. So don't need to worry, just send us your photo with detail specification, we'll check it for you.
A: Of course, we are glad to provide samples. Normally, we provide 1 set sample freely for testing or quality checking. But you have to pay the shipping cost.If you require many items, or more qty for each item, we'll charge samples. Basically, Samples will be shipped by EMS, cost usually within 15 usd. If you need samples urgently, we can also send samples by Fedex/TNT/UPS/DHL or Our Freight Carrier, cost will be by yours.
A: With over 5,000 connectors in stock, we could send stocked products within 3 working days. If your required products are out of stock, we'll confirm delivery time with you. Since we own in-house design and production equipment for quick, quality turn-around, from 10 to 10,000 pieces, production runs typically take days instead of weeks or months. For DR25 Tubing, if no stock, will be waiting for one week or so.
